CTRL+END not move to the last cell on the worksheet. How to make to move to the last cell?
 
Couple of standard error checking things:

Reboot pc :)

If you create a new blank excel sheet and enter a table of data, does ctrl+end work?

Try using the left and the right CTRL

Is the sheet or workbook protected?

Still wrong.

Sheet in not protected.

Pressing END+HOME will get you to the last cell on the extreme right and down. Pressing CTRL+HOME would land you in the first cell.

Have you turned ON the Transition Navigation Keys in your Excel Application ?

Excel Menubar --> Tools --> Options --> Transition --> Under Settings you will find a checkbox titled "Transition Navigation Keys". Is there a checkmark in that box ?
