There are some instances where the Ctrl+End will not work in your worksheet. I cannot recollect an example and hence I have not posted about it. there are 2 ways to go in this direction.
1) Press Ctrl+Shift+End -->which will take you to last cell (bottom and extreme right) - however it would select the entire range.
2) Press Ctrl+Down Arrow then Press Ctrl+Right Arrow.

Just it is the problems. Some keystroke not work correctly.

When i press Ctrl+Shift+End is select only current row from the current cell to the last completed cell of this row.

When i press Ctrl+End cursor move to the last completed cell of current row.

Couple of standard error checking things:

Reboot pc :)

If you create a new blank excel sheet and enter a table of data, does ctrl+end work?

Try using the left and the right CTRL

Is the sheet or workbook protected?
