Cross Hair Cell Section - Cannot Disable

I've reinstalled Microsoft 365, I've disabled all add-ins, I cannot get this random cross hair to go away. Does anyone know how to disable this? There is no Conditional Formatting applied either. This is a brand new workbook.

Yes, I saw that & I think that one might be a useful feature to keep on for me as I do sometimes have trouble working out where the Find has lobbed. :)
I don't mind it on the Find but I found the regular Focus Cell irritating which is why I switched it off, but I know some will like it (especially those who are visually impaired).

As with all additions I don't mind them as long as you have the option to turn them off (and knowing they are coming in advance helps, which I didn't in this case)
