when I run my query to create the table the freight charge field is always formated so that if the frieght charge is 125.00 it is in Access as 125 or if its 5.20 it is in Access as 5.2...i'm afraid this will cause problems in the program that I import this data into...how can I "set" Access so when the table is created the FreightCharge field is always a fixed number with auto decimal places.
