Create multiple dependent drop-down lists in Excel 365 for Mac

I would like to create a two tabbed document.

Tab 1 People will select from one drop down list, with the second drop down list looking up only from the first lists
Tab 2 Here is where the lists will be kept

I'm trying to find a tutorial that will help me, or a thread. Or advise how i can upload a file to explain it better.
 

Excel Facts

Select all contiguous cells
Pressing Ctrl+* (asterisk) will select the "current region" - all contiguous cells in all directions.

That is a good video above, I was watching a video yesterday from LG that has something very close to this just done a different way,
