Create Chart From Mail Merge

Hello - I have a Chart in my word document and I want the datasource of the chart to be mail merge fields. For example, I have a chart that will have 4 mail merge fields. For examples, sake let's use MM_A, MM_B, MM_C and MM_D - I am using a Circular chart - like this one 1600 × 1600 - how would I set-up a mail merge from Excel to Word to do this?
