Create A Sheet And Add Data To Spreadsheets Within A Folder

I have a spreadsheet with data in columns A and B. Is is possible to create a sheet (called data) within these files (all various names .xlsm) on each spreadsheet within a folder on my desktop and add the data to that sheet? Thanks.
