Hi All,

Thanks in advance for your help.

My report inputs the value of the work and date completed in same column.

IE plot 1 was completed on 28th June 2024, plot 2 was completed on 02/11/2024.

As you can see from the dataset Plot 1 - 10 each have a value of the work completed and date it is completed in the same column.

In another tab I am trying to capture the cost each month (in this example for Design Fees), which will require a formula to match against each plot and then only return a value for the work completed on that plot in relevant calendar month.

Can anyone advise a formula that would be able to capture this information?

This report has 1000's of plots and numerous elements of work for each plot so would really appreciate if I would streamline the calculation everymonth.

Thanks

Marty
