Counting duplicates only once

Need an IF function where it will look through a range and find only single-matching duplicates. They can be in any order such as the two examples below, etc.

So, if there are only duplicate values within a range (i.e. values appearing two or more times), then this should return 1, if the opposite is true then 0 (if there):

Excel Formula:
=IF(ISNUMBER(SUM(UNIQUE(J96:J101,,TRUE))),0,1)
