Count in orderly manner

Good day,

I have a table that needs to count the sequence.
Problem is formula to get the count in order -> VW, FW, SW, FWW, NTE
If the order is correct should have count as 5

But if when it went back to VW count should be 1.

Every time it goes back to VW it should count as 1.

The count should reflect in the yellow cell

Excel Facts

Select all contiguous cells
Pressing Ctrl+* (asterisk) will select the "current region" - all contiguous cells in all directions.
Please refer the earlier posts - I mistakenly thought TEXTJOIN was part of 2016 but it’s not.

You’ll have to use another solution.

this works but it doesn't count the number of filled cells. only displays 1 & 5 should be counting while in order
Your instructions and response are unclear.
Your original post, and the accompanying picture, says if it gets all 5 in the correct order count 5, otherwise if it goes back to VW count 1.

Please explain and show clearly what result you expect for different scenarios.
Also, have you tried the solution provided by @Phuoc?
