What does it means R[-5]C[-1]:R[5776]C[-1] in this formula, does it refer to an exactly column? or a row? I dont understand, please if someone could help. Thanks in advantage.

If I put the formula in say F1....it reads....

=COUNTIF('1306-2606'!E5781:E1048576,'Stock Productos'!XFD5)

The references you are using are Row R[-5} reference and Column [C-1] based on the active cell
