Count duplicates in various sheets

I am newbie to VBA and this forum. I have a sheet image attached herewith. Sheets are named with the month names like, Jan, Feb, Mar and so on. Column B is with the names and Row 3 is with the dates. I want to display the number of times a value is repeated in a row against a name, in a sheet named "report" selecting the range based on the dates in first row across the sheets. Please help.
