Copying but figures do not pasting in correct row & columns

Hi

I am copying so many lines from accounting software and pasting on excel for stock matching purpose
When I copy control c and paste on excel file
Data looks like below SEE - if see row 1 is good but row 2 my some dat is good unto description but rest data went 125 purchases so on at row 3 similarly some got at row 4 and some at row 5 . II want my data in one single row wise not half in row 2 and half in row 3.
I hope you understand my problem, please help . I already tried Ctl shift v and paste special too but that did not help - thanks

Excel Facts

Copy formula down without changing references
If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.
My guess is that the data you are copying is in the format you are pasting into Excel. I do not think Excel would be the cause for the formatting differences. Consider exporting your data from the other software and then opening that in Excel to see if the formatting is better.
