Copy List Box data ranges to new worksheet

Hi,

I have a macro that is to copy data to new workbooks for specific people with list box pull down menus in 5 columns. I used the data validation set up and named ranges for this information because in the "master" workbook these ranges are on a separate worksheet. My problem comes in when the new workbooks are created. The data is there, but I need the receivers to be able to change the information based upon the list box selections from the "master" workbook. Does anyone know if this is possible? I am new to macros and VBA so any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Lisa
