Copy data from one spread sheet to another one

I am trying to copy data within a cell, and all the formatting which includes the color of the cell, to a different spreadsheet.
 
When are cells being colored? (would conditional formatting work? eg. if under 50% then red, if over 90% then green)

Failing that it sounds like your master workbook references cells in the other books, then when you change the values in the other books, the master only applies value changes and not formatting.

For this to the best of my knowledge you will need a macro to copy the cells over instead of referring to them from the master book.
