Convert a Letter into a Word?

I would like to take letters that I have in column D of my spreadsheet and convert them into words based on the text value I have assigned to that letter.

Ex: If I typed "Z" into a cell it would convert it automatically into the word "Los Angeles" etc.

Can you AutoAverage in Excel?

Do you have some sort of table?
