Consolidate multiple columns data in single column.

Dear members,

I have excel 2007 sheet as follows:-

As you can see, Name, Registration, Address, Country, Telephone columns are repeated ... is there any way such that there single column of Name, registration, address, country, telephone and under it there are various data ... like this

I think you should use CUT and PASTE thing. It just takes less than a minute even for thousands of rows.

Secondly, there is no such feature as text consolidation in Excel.

There are nearly thousand entries in a row (with repeated name, registration, country, add, telephone) ... I'll have to copy all those entries and paste paste one below another. That is nearly not feasible.

OK...you mean you have duplicate entries, same name and registration number. For this, you can use advanced filter and unique records.

Does every "entry" have exactly 8 cells (A-H; I-P; Q-X; etc. etc.)?
