I've tried searching the archived messages and I can't find something close enough to what I need to be useful.

What I'm tring to do is have a list (validation or otherwise) that changes with the selections made in other lists. For example:

Column A = a list of firms..Lehman, Goldman, FBR, FBW

Column B = Account numbers for those firms....4568,5287,368514,1234,68547

Column C = Stocks or bonds associated with each account.....Nike,FannieMae,Dell,Gateway,BN

Column A and B will repeat each time a security is added, so even though there are five firms, they will repeat in the column and might not be in order.

I want to have three drop down boxes (validation or otherwise) The first will allow for the selection of "uniquie" firms in the list of firms that repeats. The Second will allow for the selection of account numbers associated with the firm selected in the first box. The third will allow for the selection of a stock/bond associated with the account number in the second box.

I'm investigating the use of OFFSET in the validation source.

Thanks.
RF
