Conditional Formatting

This may be easy, but can you base the font color of a cell on another cell.

I have a date with conditional formatting in E2 to turn the font red when the date is greater than a year.

If E2 is RED, I would also like the font in C2 to turn red.

just apply the same rule to c2
so

use the range for C2
and then add the formula

=E2>today()-365
or what ever formula you are using in E2
