Is it possible to setup a rule that can highlight a date in column H red if the date does not fall on a Monday or the 10th of each month?

Which Excel functions can ignore hidden rows?
The SUBTOTAL and AGGREGATE functions ignore hidden rows. AGGREGATE can also exclude error cells and more.
How about
=AND(DAY(H2)<>10,TEXT(H2,"ddd")<>"mon")
