Hi
Can anyone help with the following problem , the black cells in rows 47-52 appear according to the number in row 46,these are formulas that count the number of 5's in the column above, I would like these cell to be colour formatted eg the first 5 in j16:j36 to appear but be colour formatted according to a number range in column H. The first 5 in j16 would produce a green square because h16 is below 20 whereas the 2nd 5 in column J would produce a red square because the corresponding cell in H is over 24.
Sorry if I have not explained it well but I am fairly new to this.

Apologies image seems have gotten messed up, how do I add an image so it works (first time user)

Excel Facts

Copy a format multiple times
Select a formatted range. Double-click the Format Painter (left side of Home tab). You can paste formatting multiple times. Esc to stop
Thank you

As stated above you cant attach files on this forum. An image is a file.

Use the tools to add spreadsheet data.
If you really want to post an image you will have to upload it to an online storage site and post a link to it here.

If you're gonna post an image you'd do better to post a spreadsheet or a mock up of it so people can test any solutions.

Suggest you edit your above post to remove the unposted image as it's taking up a hell of a lot of lines and people will give up scrolling down to see any further replies.

I have tried the methods in the TEST section but none seem to work, some will not load and some load with no content may be company security stopping them, will have to find another way but thank you everyone.
