conditional formatting true or false

hello everyone, im trying to color code only "true" for this formula with conditional formatting. the true is in column b3 but start date in a1 and todays date in e1? how should the formula be with conditional formatting for true? please help

the column b3 contains true and false.i want to put in conditional format in the rules the ,start date in a1 is late for today in b3= true or false and I want the cell to turn red in color?

Maybe this...

• Select cell B3
• Goto the Home tab>Styles>Conditional Formatting>Manage rules>New rule>Use a formula to determine which cells to format
• Enter this formula in the box below: =B3
• Click the Format button
• Select the desired style(s)
• OK out
