I need to have an entire row highlight red when text has been entered into column 'AB'. The problem I am running into is that the text will never be the same because it is an address. I can get the cell to turn red by using the unigue conditional formatting. I already have a macro running on this page so if that is the only way i will need help adding the new code to my exciting code.

Thanks for any future help

This formula filled every row. When the address like above isn't entered than the cell is blank

=AND(LEN($AB1>0),$AB1<>"Header")
</pre>

Excel Facts

What is the last column in Excel?
Excel columns run from A to Z, AA to AZ, AAA to XFD. The last column is XFD.
Whoops! Had a parenthesis in the wrong place. Try this:
Code:
=AND(LEN($AB1)>0,$AB1<>"Header")
Sorry about that!

That was still highlighting the headers however I found a solution. I went and change the selected cell that it applies to, to $A2 instead of $A1. I have no idea how I missed that solution earlier.
Thank you so much for your help
