Conditional Formatting question

I am trying to remember how to use the conditional formatting function to account for press size vs hourly revenue. For example, if the company is running a 300-400 ton press, it should have a net revenue of at least $50 (hourly). I was wondering if there was a way to just input the press size (in the press size column) and hourly net revenue (in its own column) to where if it is under $50, it would turn red. If above, it would turn green on the net revenue cell. If yall could help me out with this shortcut so i don't have to manually create a format every time the press size changes, I would appreciate it. I know it's a very small step I am forgetting.
