This should be easy. I just can'f figure out what I'm doing wrong.

I have two columns and I want any cell in the second column to be filled red if it's value is greater than the corresponding cell in the first column.

My conditional formula is: AG1>AD1

And my range is $AG:$AG.

Any thoughts?

Thanks,

Steve

Whats the difference between CONCAT and CONCATENATE?
The newer CONCAT function can reference a range of cells. =CONCATENATE(A1,A2,A3,A4,A5) becomes =CONCAT(A1:A5)
Works for me, are your numbers real numbers and not text (check both columns)? The range is $AG:$AG in reality, just XL2BB is displaying it without the the $
