I have a 6 ring donut chart (six columns of data), with eight slices per ring (8 rows of data).

Is it possible to have the color of each pie conditionally colored based on it's value?

i.e. greater than "X"=green, less than "Y" = red, and yellow for anything in between?

Thanks...but what am I looking for once I get there? 'Cuz there's a heck of a lot of stuff there and none looked like they applied...

Maybe Conditionally Formatting Charts or Conditional Charts. Is that not what you want? There might be a search tool there also. Also, a Google search for "Donut Charts Excel" turns up several hits.

Well, I looked at that one but didn't read down far enough...my bad. However, the routine that looks like it should work...isn't. It's only recoloring one ring, and those are being colored correctly.

Got some digging to do, but thanks for the lead.

With a little help from the author, I got it to work (see that linked thread for the details).

Thanks again!

Now I have step two (but that's for another thread!)

I'm glad Jon could help you. He really is VERY good with charts. I so seldom use them anymore, my charting skills are rusty.
