Conditional formatting not working

Hi folks,

Trying to use a traffic light conditional format on some figures in my spreadsheet but just cannot get it to work. As you can see below, the 84.21% value for example should be green but is showing as amber. The 72.72% value should be amber but is red. Does anyone have a clue what might be wrong please? Thanks

You need to use Value 0.8 and Type Number. Percent means relative to the formatted cells.
