Conditional formatting help

I need to have J29:J215 filled red or K29:K215 filled red if J29:J215 is blank and there is a value in that row (A29 or K29 or Etc...)

I tried conditional will all values that are blank, but all the cells below the rows that I have data get filled. I only need the the fill when the cell in column J doesn't have a value and the rest of the cells in that row do have values.

What formula did you try?

I would think something like = and($J29="",$A29<>"") might work?
