conditional formatting data bars with multiple ranges?

Is it possible format data bars (bar chart inside the cell) with multiple ranges?

Eg
Value < 0 = Red
Value between 0 – 20 = Orange
Value between 20 -50 = Green
Value > 50 = Blue

i know this is possible with other types of cond. formatting but i'm having trouble with the data bars....
