Hello!

I am trying to write a conditional format where if the difference between the dates (H2-G2) is:

  1. <=180 days, the date in the G column turns green
  2. >180 days, the date in the G column turns red
I don't want the "I" column, I was only using that column to help check/compare with whatever formula I was trying.

I appreciate any help I can get! I've read so many threads and watched enough YouTube videos to go cross-eyed.

What is the last column in Excel?
Excel columns run from A to Z, AA to AZ, AAA to XFD. The last column is XFD.
Thanks, that finally helped. I had to add: =AND(H1-G1>1, H1-G1<=180) in order for the blank spaces not to be colored green as well. Appreciate you!
