conditional formating

Hello how can i do conditional formatting when the same character appear 4 time in a row in let say row B3 to b24
i tries different thing but what i found is only for a column

also choose "If True then Stop"

Yes Green I gave optional

But for green don't choose "if True then Stop"

For green the rule is simple
