Hello, All of a sudden my shared sheet is doing something wrong. When i select an area under work center, instead of turning the whole line blue when i select it from the dropdown, It changes part of the line below it blue like what's on the bottom line of the picture. How do i fix this?

when cells are copied all over the place the range that a CF applies to gets messed up sometimes.
Go to Cond. Formatting > Manage rules > this worksheet
find your CF rule (there are probably at least 2 copies of it, but applied to different ranges) - correct the range for one of the copies, then delete the rest.

If i scroll down through them there are a lot of them. Im not sure which one it is. Is there a way to tell?

don't know what is your condition.
Usually the one that is most top-left - in your case maybe includes A2 . Sometimes it doesn't matter.
