@ How to change "H2" cell color change After "FALSE" ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? (No VBA only for condition formatting)

Bring active cell back into view
Start at A1 and select to A9999 while writing a formula, you can't see A1 anymore. Press Ctrl+Backspace to bring active cell into view.
You don't need K2 to do that, if the rule is not to highlight when H2=20 then you simply highlight when H2 doesn't equal 20

= i have need K2 because its match between H2 ..................like i have fix value on k2 , so may be change h2 value after change Cell color is RED like alert.

You have a fixed value of 20 in K2 as a criteria for H2, if you enter that as a conditional formatting rule like I said then you do not need K2.
