Hi

Basically I am doing a reconciliation (comparing two sets of data). The two sets of data consists of name, dates and completion dates of the course. How do I compare the two and make sure they are the same as each other. Please help!!!!!

I'm getting a better understanding now, If you can please show me how to do it on my spreadsheets that would be really really appreciated. I haven't got them on my computer and they are on my laptop which is being repaired should be back tommorow. If you are willing I can attach them tommorow and you can show me the right path!! Honestly help is really appreciated.

While you cannot upload workbooks directly to this site, you can upload them to a file sharing site such as dropbox and then share the link here.

That being said, a lot of us (me included) can not / will not click on links to download content for security reasons.

Your best bet is to create a small sample like I did in post #5 and share it here.

Here are is add-in that I use to create the HTML (MrExcel HTML Maker) that you see in post #'s 2 and 5: https://www.mrexcel.com/forum/about-board/508133-attachments.html

The data is above falcon, basically the first table is from one workbook, with peoples names and there course which i never put in, only there dates. So that is why they are replicating. Which I tried to point out yesterday showing the names not being unique and the second table is below. But i couldn't put the dates next to the names unfortunately.
