Combining data into useable report

The data that I need to combine is over 25,000 line items in Excel. It is customer data that has all open credits/debits for an invoice if the invoice/customer has any balance other than zero. I need to have the multiple lines that match customer data combined into 1 total so that we can have an accurate balance for automated calls to customers for receivable collection.

I found a VERY difficult formula, but due to the size of the file - when taking the data to sheet 2, the sheet is getting frozen and will not complete or save.

After I get the data into 1 row per customer name - I then need to have the customer name compared against a customer demographic report that has the telephone number. I need the number picked up from the separate report and brought into the report with the total AR balance.

Please help. I am not an expert Excel user, but know enough basics to be able to get the information into the format I need from there, but am having a very difficult time combining the raw data into useable data.
