Combining 2 Pivot Tables

Hi

I have 2 data tables. One shows transactional actual sales data across multiple brands and the other table contains budget data for multiple brands - summarized at brand level.

What I would like to do is combine these 2 tables into one pivot table to display Actual vs Budget. Reason I think I need a pivot table is that it will be across multiple brands for multiple sales people with different brands included depending on salesperson.

(I have mocked up a simplified example on an excel sheet but cant seem to be able to post attachments)

Thanks

Excel Facts

Wildcard in VLOOKUP
Use =VLOOKUP("Apple*" to find apple, Apple, or applesauce
Thanks for quick reply Alan - sadly this does not seem to suit my needs as it does not explain how to define the relationships once added to the data model.
Is there a way to attach an example workbook?

This forum does not allow sample files to be attached. You will need to use a third party storage facility ie. Box.Net or Dropbox or some other free site that will allow user access without having to enroll.
