I am trying to write a formula that gives me a 1 if user, ticket, and time(within 10 minutes of each other) are the same. for example the second and third entries one of those would get a 1 the other would get a 0. Any ideas?

you can switch the order to where the earliest or the latest gets the 1 but you should only get a 1 once per 10 minutes on the same ticket by the same person

Why is result 1 expected in Row22, if the request is “within 10 minutes”.
So break is every 10 minutes (for 3 same conditions)
There are 3 same conditions: user, date/time and ticket.
If you subtract time in Row16 - Row22 the result is 3 minutes?

- Row16 -> 5:38 (h:min)
- Row22 -> 5:35 (h:min)
- 5:38 - 5:35 = 0:3 (h:min)
