Clear column A color if column B has text.

Hi,
Basically i have names that get added in Column A and they are hilighted yellow. I put the correct names in Column B right next to it after that. I need to clear the color yellow in column A when i put the correct names in B and press enter.

Conditional formatting ? Any help thank
 
Hi lol no luck I highlighted the whole A column set new rule added =B:B<>"" nothing still

simply insert
