Clear cells in a dynamic table depending on a certain value

I'm kind of new to Excel and I need help.
I'm importing values to a table through a Query, but some of these values are incorrect and I would like them cleared. How do I tell Excel to automaticly clear all cells with the value "1901-01-01 01:01:01"?

Find what: 1901-01-01 01:01:01
Replace with: (leave empty)

press Replace All

The problem is that I need this to automatically happen when the table updates. Is this possible?
