Yes, a very good idea, especially when issues needs to be solved

My experience is that You can solve some questions much faster and more exactly than via threads in the HelpForum.

Jack - You will get a fast connection when Mr Excel Board will be mirrored around the world and one of the servers are placed in London (not so far away from You) :wink:

IF London as mirror server will that mean <> US > UK [and the rest of the world]

By the way guy in all nations this was not a dig just a guys observation in London, im not saying its correct and a solution.

However, we need also to take all the bankfees in consideration which add up the amount to about:
