Chart type & how to make

Hi,
Can someone tell me what kind of chart or graph this is & how to make on in excel? I call it a step chart because it is supposed to show the series of steps taken to result in the final value - kind of like the credits & debits in your checkbook that result in your bank balance. The picture refuses to copy correctly - the -20 should be twice as tall as they are and the +10 is not supposed to be underneath the -20, it should be next to it.
