Changing source of the Bar in a bar of pie chart

I want to change this bar of pie chart to show the food and utilities split in the pie chart, with electricity being £50 of the £200 from utilities in the bar chart. I know that the electricity isn't showing at the moment because my data range is only food and utilities however if I change the range to include electricity, then the electricity is automatically shown in the pie chart. Is this possible? Thank you

Copy formula down without changing references
If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.

Guessing this isn't possible so have found a way to force a similar effect.
