Changing Pie Chart Colours in Excel 2007

I want them to fill in percentages in column B that must = 100%. Then I want them to color code each cell where they entered a value with either red, yellow, or green. I want the pie chart wedge colors to match the source cell rather than the colors Excel is automatically assigning.

I understand that I could simply click into the pie chart and switch the colors manually to match the source cell, but this will be impractical considering the number of users that will be receiving it. It would seem that having a macro button the users could simply push would be the best way

Also, it would nice to have the pie chart appear on it's own worksheet. I know how to to that, but it seemed to mess with the macro I had cut & paste (when it was working).

What is the best way for me to change the color of the pie slices to make cell color?
