Hi all Excellers,

I have a very simple question but may be a bit of a challenge.

I made a data bar in the conditional formatting under Styles.

The rule type used is "Format all cells based on their values"

The resulting bar comes up based on the value of the cell and the minimum number and a maximum number, which is what i want as far as a bar. Example if the cell value is 7 and the min is 0 and the max is 10, then it shows a bar that covers 70% of the cell. Great!!!

The only requirement that I need of that bar is that I need the color of the bar be based on the value of another cell.
For example, between 0% and 30%, the color must be Red, between greater than 30% and 70% the color must be yellow, between greater than 70% and 100 the color must be green.

Any way of achieving a dynamic coloring of the data bars based on percentages in another cell?

Many thanks in advance Excellers!!!
