Hi,

Hope this can be done. I have a form with the same data except the part below, note that this field is on the page twice and I would need both of the numbers to be the same. At the moment we have to hand write a number (highlighted in red). Is there any way I can get this to change automatically when I ask it to print or is there another way to do this.

<TABLE style="WIDTH: 378pt; BORDER-COLLAPSE: collapse" border=0 cellSpacing=0 cellPadding=0 width=504><COLGROUP><COL style="WIDTH: 54pt" span=7 width=72><TBODY><TR style="HEIGHT: 21pt; mso-height-source: userset" height=28><TD style="BORDER-BOTTOM: windowtext 1pt solid; BORDER-LEFT: windowtext 1pt solid; BACKGROUND-COLOR: transparent; WIDTH: 216pt; HEIGHT: 21pt; BORDER-TOP: windowtext 1pt solid; BORDER-RIGHT: #d4d0c8" class=xl65 height=28 width=288 colSpan=4>Carton Number Within Consignment</TD><TD style="BORDER-BOTTOM: windowtext 1pt solid; BORDER-LEFT: windowtext 1pt solid; BACKGROUND-COLOR: transparent; WIDTH: 54pt; BORDER-TOP: windowtext 1pt solid; BORDER-RIGHT: windowtext 1pt solid" class=xl67 width=72> 1</TD><TD style="BORDER-BOTTOM: windowtext 1pt solid; BORDER-LEFT: windowtext; BACKGROUND-COLOR: transparent; WIDTH: 54pt; BORDER-TOP: windowtext 1pt solid; BORDER-RIGHT: windowtext 1pt solid" class=xl68 width=72>of</TD><TD style="BORDER-BOTTOM: windowtext 1pt solid; BORDER-LEFT: windowtext; BACKGROUND-COLOR: transparent; WIDTH: 54pt; BORDER-TOP: windowtext 1pt solid; BORDER-RIGHT: windowtext 1pt solid" class=xl69 width=72>500</TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE>

Thank you to everyone in advance

Pam:)
