Does anyone know how to change the default format for the comments box? Currently my name appears in the comments box, along with bold 10 point arial font text.

I would like to change this to a different, non-bold, font and to not have my name appear. I've looked in tools/options and also tried working on the font issue by editing a comment and then telling it to set the font as the autoshape default, but it has not "taken" for a new comment box.

Thanks for any help.

Thanks for the suggestions. I'll give these a shot!
