this may sould dum

but can you have two cells on the same sheet with the same cell names and if so how do you do it?

Control Word Wrap
Press Alt+Enter to move to a new row in a cell. Lets you control where the words wrap.
I don't think you can have two single cells with the same name (unless anyone knows better). If you mean a range of cells with the same name, then just select your range and type the name in in the name box.
