Cell formating 180 degree rotation

When you right click on a cell and select format cells, you can easily rotate 90 or -90 degrees, but I need to be able to rotate a cell 180 so that it is completely upside-down. You can't rotate the text in a cell 180 degrees, but if you copy the cell, you can paste it as a picture by holding down Shift and choosing Paste Picture Link. You can rotate that 180 degrees.
