cell entry change to start a macro

please can someone help.
in cell A1 i have a drop down list with 4 peoples names in. when someone picks a name (cell changes from blank, to a name) i want to run a macro. how do i do it. ppppplllllleeeeeeaaaaassssssseeeeee help

My spreadsheet is nearly finished now. one last thing i am strugling with is that written in a macro i have selected to print a defined print area on a certain page. Is there a way of making it print to a certain tray on my printer? can printer defaults be set in a macro. I need this page on headed paper but usually print on plain.
