Cannot run the macro "macroname". The macro may not be available in this workbook or all macros may be disabled

I need help. I am lost.
My other workbook with the same data but from last year works fine with the buttons I made. This new workbook does not work. All macros are enabled under Trust Settings. I tried creating just a new button with a messagebox and this still comes up. When I debug and hit the button it never makes it to the code this automatically pops up.

Ideas?
